Once you’ve completed the form, you can submit it by mail, drop it off at the office, or email it to m.abundis@hfchesperia.org. If you would like to receive envelopes, please note that it may take up to six months after submitting your Registration Form. In the meantime, if you contact us, we can provide temporary envelopes available in the office.

Una vez que haya completado el formulario, puede enviarlo por correo, entregarlo en la oficina o enviarlo por correo electrónico a m.abundis@hfchesperia.org. Si desea recibir sobres, tenga en cuenta que puede tomar hasta seis meses después de entregar el Formulario de Registro.
