Parish Registration

Parish registration helps us better serve you by ensuring accurate records for sacramental preparation, pastoral care, ministry participation, and important parish communications. Please complete the form as thoroughly as possible and return it by email to m.abundis@hfchesperia.org or lbramasco@hfchesperia.org. You may also drop it off at the front office or mail it in.

El registro parroquial nos ayuda a atenderle mejor, ya que nos permite disponer de datos precisos para la preparación de los sacramentos, la atención pastoral, la participación en los ministerios y las comunicaciones importantes de la parroquia. Le rogamos que rellene el formulario lo más detalladamente posible y lo envíe por correo electrónico a m.abundis@hfchesperia.org o lbramasco@hfchesperia.org. También puede entregarlo en la oficina principal o enviarlo por correo postal.
